What can I expect from GRANDLS Hofbräu Zelt?

If you want to savor delicious food and experience the real "Wasen feeling", Grandls Hofbräu tent is the place to be. Your festival host Marcel Benz, who has been in the catering business since he was a child, will not only bring his expertise as a caterer and organizer of gastronomic events to the table but also be a breath of fresh air.

Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Grandls Hofbräu Zelt | Cannstatter Wasen 50 | 70372 Stuttgart.
How long does the experience last?
The duration of the visit is up to you but is limited to the reserved slots and opening hours.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The event will be held indoors - in a beer tent at Cannstatter Wasen.
Is there air conditioning?
This experience is held indoors and the venue has a ventilation system.
Will food and beverages be available on-site for purchase?
Yes - you can purchase food and beverage on-site. Please check your bookings to see what is included (e.g. Beer tokens or value coupons.) The service charge is mandatory and not included in your tickets - it must be paid on-site. Tip is not included either. Please check all available food and beverages options directly on the event website or the event.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there are public car parks available directly at the Wasen. Please note the "NeckarPark guidance system". However, to avoid traffic jams and the annoying search for a parking space around the Wasen, we recommend using P+R facilities. Please note that both options will hold car park charges.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, no strobe lights will be used on site.
Regarding the tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No, all tickets are sold online.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your purchased ticket is a reservation confirmation. You will receive your entrance wristbands and vouchers via DHL Express or you can pick them up at the “Festbüro”. You can choose your preferred option directly when you purchase the ticket.
Shipping Information:
After receiving your payment, we will send you the insured parcel ( € 15.00 within Germany or € 30.00 for other European countries (excluding Switzerland). It is impossible to send vouchers and entrance wristbands to packing stations, and post office boxes, in Switzerland, the UK, and overseas are also not possible.
Pick-up at Festbüro:
Alternatively, you can collect entrance wristbands and vouchers at the “Festbüro” before the reservation date. Opening times Festbüro: 27.09. – 13.10.2024 / Mo-Fr from 11.00h | Sa+Su from 10.00h or for the latest news please check here.
How do I receive my entrance wristband(s) and voucher(s)?
You will receive your entrance wristbands and vouchers via DHL Express or you can pick them up at the “Festbüro”. You can choose your preferred option directly when you purchase the ticket.
Dispatch starts in July, for bookings made at short notice, dispatch takes place directly after payment.

I have not received my wristbands and vouchers. What can I do?
Please note that the dispatch of wristbands and vouchers starts in July. For bookings made at short notice, dispatch takes place directly after payment. However, if you have not received your wristbands and vouchers please contact: reservierung@grandls-hofbraeuzelt.de directly. Please provide your full booking details.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. You can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play if you don't have it installed. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still need help finding your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to availability and must be done within 48 hours after the purchases. If you want to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Regarding access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket. Reserved tables can be kept free for a maximum of 20 minutes after the confirmed reservation time In the event of high visitor frequency at the Wasen, bus, and train cancellations, and heavy traffic on the access routes, we will keep your tables free for at least 45 minutes from the start of your reservation.
We reserve the right to give you another seat at short notice.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in a wheelchair-accessible venue for most of the areas.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking or vaping inside the venue is allowed. The consumption of Cannabis is prohibited. Please note that large bags, rucksacks, or luggage items may not be taken into the tent. The maximum dimensions of permitted bags are 30cm x 30cm x 10cm (length x height x thickness).
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience - seating will be available for every guest. Please be aware that we only have benches (without backrests) and no chairs.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are toilets on-site and they can be used with charge.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
You are welcome to take pictures and film and share everything for your private use, e.g. on your social media channels. But please do this without a flash and a tripod or other setups. Please be careful not to disturb the other guests! Advertising/commercial use of the photos is not permitted – write to us if you are planning something like this.
Lost & Found?
Please directly ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on-site, please reach out to reservierung@grandls-hofbraeuzelt.de
Cloak check available?
There is no cloakroom available. However, you can store your jackets under your table. Please note that large bags, rucksacks, or luggage items may not be taken into the tent. The maximum dimensions of permitted bags are 30cm x 30cm x 10cm (length x height x thickness).
Is there an age requirement?
16 years+. An age check is carried out at the entrance and an identity card must be shown. Copies of identity cards will not be accepted. Young people under 16 years old may only enter the tent if accompanied by a person with parental authority. Other accompanying persons will not be accepted.
